A collecting ground for cards which are funny rather than useful; some would fit in an un-set, some are purely humour

Also, Rourke's comment about this set being 'un-believable' made me think that is what this set (or the next Un-set Wizards does) should be called: Unbelievable.

Draw a card from any player's library in any silver border game you can see from your seat, and discard a card from your hand.
When that card would be put in the graveyard, put it on top of it's actual owner's library.

Creature – Human Troll
Obvious Troll is obvious.
Obvious Troll must be replied to each turn if able.
Whenever Obvious Troll is banned, return it to the battlefield behind a proxy.
You know it to be a troll, but when you read its posts, what you know won't matter much at all.

Legendary Creature – Human Gamer
Whenever you use the Magic Store & Event Locator to find tournaments in your area, you may pay {4}. If you do, cast target nonland card in your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
"Just wait till I get my Magic Store & Event Locator to load...and pay all these data overage fees."

Creature – Female Sliver
When Voluptuous Sliver or another Female Sliver enters the battlefield, it soulbonds with another Male Human.
It is not sure whether slivers evolved to be like humans or vice versa. But one thing is sure, both species love beautiful babes with huge boobs and ass. (Art depicts hot babe in swimsuit at artist's discretion.)

I agree with jmgariepy on the cost of this. I didn't even take into consideration that you would, more often than not, have no real idea o what card you would get, or if the card would even be usable by you. I mean, I could tack on an ability to make the card playable regardless of mana cost, but this card is already kind o wordy. Also, it's meant to only affect other "Silver Border" games. I'll have to reword that. Also, I will definitely drop the cost. May make a card to combo wth this though (allowing you to pay for "stolen " cards with "any" mana), so I may only drop the cost by {1} or {u}.

Too bad you can't use this in tournaments anymore (assuming you're at an Un-Tournament) since you can't use electronic devices. :-(

My version of Spike would give you some kind of benefit for playing with money rares.

(facepalm)

THE RULES OF MAGIC DO NOT APPLY IN SILVER-BORDERED LAND!

V: That's why this is a silver-bordered card...

Wizards have so far steered clear of that effect in mass-market silver-bordered sets, but they've used it in limited distribution silver-bordered holiday cards.

Also puts an opponents card into your hand, which is a no-no. Official approach seems to be something like "Exile it, you may play it as though it were in your hand" And then there's remembering to give it back to deck instead of their graveyard.

I like that last part, sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. But this needs to mark it somehow.

Man, that's one expensive cantrip. Wouldn't {u}, and no discard make more sense? I mean, even that's technically a worse card than Opt, most of the time.

Flavor text idea: "I prefer the term "non-consensual borrowing."
