Regeneration means that later this turn, instead of dying and then undying again, you don't die – but it's only that second part that is the actual regeneration, so you can regenerate even if you have been told that you can't, it's just that you don't actually regenerate; even though nothing else works that way. Clear? Oh, and go kill Zeus when you have a moment.

(For example, if you control two Nantuko Shade, a creature which says '{b}:Nantuko Shade gains +1/+1', you could activate the ability of one, to give the other +1/+1. Which is unlikely to be useful unless one has somehow had its ability removed.)

Remove a time counter from Time Cube (not the one from Alpha), {t}: Take an additional turn.
Skip a turn: Put a time counter on Time Cube (not the one from Alpha).
(A turn consists of untap, upkeep, main etc. You must skip the whole of all of these phases, in any order; so you can only activate this ability at the start of a phase.)
